What is interesting is that with such a background and history to apple cider vinegar, more people are not capitalizing on it and trying to make people buy it for something it already is. Apple cider vinegar may be able to help in weight loss but it is still just apple cider vinegar and should not be purchased for a lot more because someone said that it can help lose weight.
So, if apple cider vinegar does really work and make people eat less during their meals which would cause them to lose weight, why do more people not do it and why is it not advertised as much. One reason is because apple cider vinegar is awful to drink and is extremely acidic.
Many online sites will say that mixing the teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with water will help take away the bitter taste. People do not want a product that they do not like to help them lose weight. They want something fast and easy that requires little effort. If someone doesn’t like the taste of apple cider vinegar, they are not going to drink it before every meal after a while.
Another reason is that the apple cider vinegar cannot be purchased from the supermarket. The apple cider vinegar that is supposed to help with weight loss should be purchased from a weight loss or vitamin store which is much more expensive than the regular apple cider vinegar at the supermarket.
These are just two possibilities of why apple cider vinegar is not as talked about in the media, but if a simple search is done online, is creating quite a buzz on discussion boards and forums with over half a million websites coming up in the search results.
