Vivienne’s Beauty & Style blog has some great tips for giving up smoking.  What a great new year’s resolution!  I quit about 5 years ago and now I find myself repulsed by it.  I can hardly believe people still smoke!  We all have our vices - I love red wine and icecream myself - but smoking is one vice that you miss out on NOTHING by giving up and gain everything.
